PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processor, an image processing method, and a program capable of acquiring a good quality layout result that is entirely matched in accordance with an image group.SOLUTION: The image processing method includes an image group acquisition step for acquiring an image group including a plurality of images, a feature amount calculation step for calculating the feature amount of each image, a layout candidate creation step for creating a plurality of layout candidates by selecting and arranging the prescribed number of images from the acquired image group, layout evaluation means for evaluating each layout for the layout candidates created in the layout candidate creation step on the basis of the feature amount of each image arranged in a layout and adaptability between images arranged in the layout, and a layout determination step for selecting and determining a layout to be outputted among the layout candidates on the basis of the evaluation result by the layout evaluation means. |
