PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a direct current stable streamer discharge apparatus which secures stability of streamer discharge and also secures persistence of stable discharge.SOLUTION: A direct current stable streamer discharge apparatus 10 includes a plurality of discharge pins 13 which are provided inside a cylinder 11 and whose tips 13a are arranged directed to the inside of the cylinder 11. In the discharge pins 13 provided inside the cylinder 11, the pin diameter is made to be 1 mm or less and the space between them is made to be 0.2 mm or more. |
