PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fire hydrant hose testing device enabling reliable setting of an air pressure and reliable confirmation of a hose damage at the hose damage testing time.SOLUTION: A first testing jig 60 is mounted on a maintenance device 44 provided in a water supply piping to which a primary side of a hose 28 is connected, and blocks between a hose 1 primary side and the water supply piping. An air pressure injection valve 64 is opened, and is then closed, after air pressure is injected in the hose, and the injected air pressure is maintained inside the hose. A regulator 65 outputs the pressure of air pressurized and fed from an air pressure source. A second testing jig 70 is mounted on a nozzle connection opening of the hose 28 with the nozzle removed. The air pressure injected inside the hose 28 is held by closing an air vent valve 76. The air pressure injected inside the hose 28 is released by opening the air vent valve 76. The air pressure held inside the hose 28 is confirmed by a pressure gauge 68. |
