Provided is an acidic liquid nutrient which comprises a carbohydrate, a protein source, a lipid and an organic acid, wherein the proportion of the organic acid is 0.15 to 0.45 parts with respect to one part of the protein. In addition, preferably, the viscosity at 25° is 10 to 150 mPa·s, pH is 3.0 to 4.0, the average particle size when measured with a particle size analyzer is 15 mum or less, the protein source is a whey protein and/or a vegetable protein, and the vegetable protein is a soy protein. According to the present invention, an acidic liquid nutrient in which the protein does not aggregate even in an acidic region and which has an adequate viscosity can be provided. |
