PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerator capable of achieving further energy saving and environment-friendliness in the state where many vacuum heat insulating materials are adopted to save energy of the refrigerator. SOLUTION: A vacuum heat insulating material 60 is partially superposed on a vacuum heat insulating material 50 in a portion of thick heat insulating thickness so that their end parts are shifted from each other. Thus, a difference of a flowing space of hard urethane foam can be reduced, and heat bridge effects by a jacketing material can be reduced, so as to obtain the refrigerator achieving both energy saving performance and environment-friendliness.
