The invention provides a film gauffer removing device, a film tension adjusting method and a film gauffer removing method, wherein a film is given a proper tension and gauffers generated in the width direction of the film are eliminated, while the winding speed of the film is increased.The film gauffer removing device (30) comprises a first component (31), a second component(32) and an air injection unit.The first component (31) is used for the extension of a tape-like film (11) moving in a length direction or the winding of the tape-like film.The second component (32) is used for clamping the film (11) together with the first component, thereby forming an air hole (32b) facing the film (11).The air injection unit injects air to the tape-like film through the air hole to push the film to the first component.The film take-up device comprises the above film gauffer removing device (30), a supply component (12) for providing the winded film, a winding component (13) for winding the film provided by the supply component and a plurality of transport rollers arranged on the conveying path between the supply component and the winding component. |
