Adhesive tape comprises textile carrier (1) and an adhesive mass (2) in the form of dried polymer dispersion, which is coated on one side of the carrier, where the polymer comprises (a) 5-25, preferably 10-22 wt.% of ethylene, (b) 30-69, preferably 40-60 wt.% of 4-12C-alkyl, (c) 20-55, preferably 28-38 wt.% of vinyl acetate and (d) 0-10 wt.% of another ethylenically unsaturated compound, and the adhesive mass comprises 15-100 parts by weight of a tackifier.
