A pivot pin with a head is secured in pivotable parts by a deflectable cantilevered arm extending across the head. The arm may be of plastics material, and may be integral with one of the parts. On insertion of the pin into the parts the bevelled underside of the head engages a chamfer on the arm to deflect the arm.</p> |
