<p>The present invention includes an injectable composition containing phosphatidylcholine including phosphatidylcholine; ethanol; propylene glycol and/or benzyl alcohol; polysorbate and/or macrogol 15 hydroxystearate; and a balance of water or water for injection, and a preparing method thereof. An injectable composition of the present invention includes no sodium deoxycholate, which is carcinogenic, and therefore a safer injectable composition of phosphatidylcholine can be prepared.</p> |
