The present invention relates to a marine anchoring apparatus for a floating generating unit which anchors to automatically circle in a proceeding direction of the waves or tides. In order to increase a generation quantity by allowing waves or tides to pass the front of a floating generating unit regardless of the proceeding direction, the marine anchoring apparatus prepared by the present invention circles the waves or tides to pass through the front thereof using a direction helm (40) fixated to a side surface, by anchoring with multiple anchors (50) and cables (51); or by anchoring with a direction changing rope (60) which is fixated at both corners of the multiple floating generating units (20a) connected by a connecting device in order to pass a pulley (130) fixated to an anchoring point (30) elevated based on a pillar placed on the seabed as a track as well as with a two-point type anchoring device anchored using a separation preventing rope (61) fixated to the anchoring point (30), or with a one-point type anchoring device anchored to the anchoring point (30) fixated to the central shaft of the floating generating unit (20) to be able to rotate, in order to pass a twin pulley (131) attached to a corner of the floating generating unit. |
