PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin decorative sheet that has a delicate irregular shape with feeling of luxury. SOLUTION: In the resin decorative sheet, the resin layer is formed by sequentially laminating an adhesive layer and a decorative sheet layer on the top of the substrate, applying the resin composition on the decorative sheet layer, and then abutting the shaping sheet and curing the resin composition as one body, and peeling off the shaping sheet. The shaping sheet has: an ink layer that is provided at least partially or all aspects over the base material; and a surface molding layer that exists on the ink layer and contact and coats the ink layer all aspects over.
