The present invention relates to a peak electricity dispersion control system based on metering system of respective railway vehicles and makes a feature of comprising: an individual operating electricity metering unit capable of measuring the operating electricity of individual railway vehicles by being installed in the railway vehicles and an operating electricity analysis unit capable of outputting a peak electricity to a signal control system for outputting an operating control signal to the railway vehicle control unit of the individual railway vehicles. According to the present inventions, the peak electricity dispersion control system has a good point capable of improving the operating electricity efficiency of the railway vehicle by dispersing the operating of the individual railway vehicles by predicting the peak electricity in real time and by monitoring the operating electricity of the individual railway vehicles in real time by including the individual operating electricity metering unit in the individual railway vehicles.
