<p>A reproduction system includes a printer for printing a print job on receiving material in accordance with a set of values for a plurality of basic settings, a control for controlling the print job in order to print the print job, and a display and activating device for displaying a visual representation of settings for the print job and for activating values of the basic settings for the print job. The control is configured to define a plurality of settings categories each of which is directed to an aspect of the print product and includes a predetermined category option which determines a set of values for a plurality of basic settings, the category options for the settings categories together completely describing the print product. The display and activating device is configured to simultaneously display the complete plurality of settings categories, each settings category showing the corresponding category option.</p> |
