The present invention relates to a method for evaluating project financing, comprising the steps of applying for a parceling out type real estate business PF loan by a construction company; when the construction company applies for the business PF loan, generating a server of a finance company in charge of the loan and a code for managing the PF loan; when the code is generated, processing by linking to a client ledger of the construction company; storing, in a storage medium, real estate information on the PF loan subject of the construction company, sales plan information according to the parceling out, and information on the parceling out amount; if the construction company provides information on the estimated expenditure and cash inflow generated in the period of the parceling out business, linking processing the information to be stored in the storage medium; when the real estate information and the cash outlay and inflow information are inputted in the storage medium, identifying the cash flow for the PF loan of the construction company to detect poor risks of the PF loan based thereon; if the poor risks of the PF loan are detected, preventing the poor risks of the PF loan by linking with the storage medium; and identifying the cash flow with the information provided by the construction company to prevent the poor risks of the PF loan. Also, the method for evaluating project financing further comprises the steps of predicting the cash flow by linking to the storage medium and analyzing the cash flow according to the poor PF loan if the poor risks of the PF loan are detected.
