A continuous time delta sigma modulator, if receiving an enable signal for expressing an offset calibration mode, generates a first signal by using a first and a second pulse signal and a proprietary operating frequency; generates a first and as second output bit by performing a counting operation in accordance with a counting method determined according the pulse signals of a first and a second comparator; supplies a voltage matched with the first output bit to a body of a first transistor of a primary integrator; and supplies a voltage matched with the second output bit to a body of a second transistor of the primary integrator.
