<p>The present invention relates to a high functional liquid additive for livestock feed comprising a red ginseng marc which is a byproduct of the red ginseng product and, more specifically, to a functional liquid additive for livestock feed which has excellent antioxidative activity, and contains active red ginseng components by fermenting the red ginseng marc which is produced while processing the red ginseng with an effective microorganism. According to the present invention, the health of the livestock is improved by boosting the immune system and the bad smell of a stable is reduced by using the fermented liquid livestock feed which includes active red ginseng component, antioxidant, and lactobacillus which improves the enteric condition of the livestock.
