The present invention relates to an electronic device case including an antenna pattern and a manufacturing method thereof comprising: a pair of antenna pattern units; a switch for selecting one of the antenna pattern units or for connecting the antenna pattern units from each other; a base frame for exposing one or more surfaces of the antenna pattern unit by injecting the antenna pattern unit and the switch with a primary injection molding method; and a case frame for forming the exterior of a main body by connecting to the one surface of the antenna pattern unit and for forming the exterior of the main body by connecting to the one surface of the antenna pattern unit with a secondary injection molding method.
