The present invention relates to a functional food composition including organic acid magnesium compounds and vegetable mixed extract which is excellent in the sound volume improvement, the vocal cords protection, the vital capacity improvement, the muscle relaxation, and the fatigue recovery, and a manufacturing method thereof and, more specifically, to a food admixture composition, which is manufactured by mixing a magnesium compound combined with at least one organic acid selected from the organic acid group consisting of formic acid, lactic acid, phosphoric acid, citric acid, malic acid, fumaric acid, acetic acid, propionic acid, succinic acid, oxalic acid, and butyric acid, and vegetable extract obtained by hydrothermally extracting at least one vegetable selected from the vegetable group consisting of quince, balloon flower, Schisandra chinensis, Guarana, and pine needles; a manufacturing method thereof, and a manufacturing method of functional food by using the admixture composition.
