PURPOSE: Hot rolling apparatus capable of accelerated cooling is provided to minimize deformation of material by cooling during rolling and maintain strength and impact toughness at low temperature. CONSTITUTION: Hot rolling apparatus capable of accelerated cooling comprises a furnace (10), a rolling mill (100), a first acceleration refrigerator (200), a second acceleration refrigerator (300) and a controller. The first acceleration refrigerator primarily cools material at a finish rolling temperature and discharges the material into an outlet side. The second acceleration refrigerator secondarily cools the material at a recuperation temperature and discharges the material into an outlet side. The controller variably sets a first injection amount and a second injection amount by adjusting the driving of the first acceleration refrigerator and second acceleration refrigerator.
