摘要

The present invention is to prevent deformation according to unstable contact of a two-stage thickness spring structure for preventing spring separation and abrasion of an internal plastic support of spring contact due to repetitive reciprocal motions of the spring. Also, the present invention is to originally prevent the electrical contact malfunction due to dust generated by the abrasion of a plastic support. For the purpose, the spring maintains a stable contact with the outside by manufacturing the spring in a constant thickness to widen an electrical contact area while the separation of the spring can be prevented by using a metal contact cap or a separation prevention latch. The present invention is capable of connecting electrical signals to a sensor or et cetera while maintaining a stable contact state under the conditions vibration occurs many times, and stable transmission of electrical signals is possible by contacting and connecting without causing any deformation of an internal structure despite of repetitive reciprocal motions.
