The present invention relates to a stroller including a wheel brake which rapidly locks driving wheels at both sides of a stroller through applied pressure at one time during an emergency and also rapidly unlocks the wheels through applied pressure at one time during the release of the emergency while moving by pushing the stroller, as well as which guides a user to check the locking state of the stroller wheels. The stroller including a wheel brake comprises: a frame unit (100) whose upper part is connected with a loading main body (110) where a baby can load, and whose lower part is connected with wheels (120); and a wheel brake (A) which locks the wheels (120) by the transmission of applied pressure at a state where the wheels (120) are unlocked, and which unlocks the wheels (120) through interlocking elastic restoring force by the transmission of applied pressure at a state where the wheels (120) are locked. |
