The present invention relates to a gas vent applied to a combination type mold for foam synthetic resin molding, which is composed of an upper mold (21) and a lower mold (22). The present invention produces the gas vent for connecting the internal part and the external part of the mold between the outer periphery of a standing rod (23) and the inner periphery of a through hole (24) by forming the standing rod (23) and the through hole (24) at the lower mold (22) and the upper mold (21) respectively and inserting the upper end of the standing rod (23) into the through hole (24) when the upper mold (21) and the lower mold (22) are combined, properly maintains the emission conditions of foamed gas generated in foam molding, prevents the blockage of the vent and facilitates the maintenance of the vent. The present invention prevents the density degradation of the molded product due to supercharged exhaust, excessive foam, molded product leakage through the gas vent and the dent and deformation and the like of the molded product due to failed exhaust and secures the maintenance convenience of the gas vent since the deposit of a synthetic resin is naturally removed in the separation process of the upper mold (21) and the lower mold (22) when the molded product is removed. |
