The present invention provides advantageous effects capable of featly removing pollutant inside a tube by providing a cleaning apparatus of a underground water tube well comprising: a water discharge pipe in which an inlet is connected to a pump; an air supply pipe for infusing air into the water discharge pipe in which an outlet faces to an upward direction; a check valve for opening the outlet by forming the outlet of the air supply pipe to an air discharge direction; a water inhalation pipe combined with an end part of the water discharge pipe, formed to enable an inner hole to connect inside the water discharge pipe, and in which two or more inhalation holes for inhaling water are formed to a radius direction; a rotation gear in which a spiral groove combined with a gear housing, in which a protrusion is formed by connecting to the end unit of the water inhalation pipe, is formed at an outer circumference surface to be connectively rotated with the axis elevating motion of the gear housing; a rotation gear unit including an elastic member for providing a restoring force to an axis direction by being located inside the gear housing and at an upper end of the rotation gear; a grinding unit for grinding sediment by being combined at the end part of the rotation gear; and a water inhalation inducement tube which covers the water inhalation pipe from the circumference of the water discharge pipe to a downward direction.
