The present invention relates to the arrangement of Hangul letters (Korean alphabet) and various keys on a computer keyboard. The present invention relates to a new arrangement of Hangul letters and various keys which makes it easier to recognize and use than the existing arrangement of letters and various keys, thus improving the efficiency of writing sentences for ordinary people and foreigners. The present invention arranges the Hangul letters in a new letter arrangement in the order of the letters, which removes problems of the existing arrangement of Hangul letters, in the arrangement of the Hangul letters on the keyboard of a computer, a smart phone, and an electronic dictionary. Consonants are arranged on the left, and vowels are arranged on the right. The letters are arranged according to a regular rule and the positions of the letters make it easier to visually recognize. The various keys of the computer keyboard are classified and arranged by function and usage type so that it can be used only with the recognition by a user. Therefore, the keyboard of the computer, the smart phone, and the electronic dictionary does not cause aversion for ordinary people and foreigners who have not adapted to the existing keyboard and is made easier to use.
