The present invention relates to Bacillus subtilis strain having high productivity of vitamin K2 and a method for manufacturing cheonggukjang using the same. The bacillus subtilis strain according to the present invention has higher productivity of vitamin K2 than the existing published strains, and the cheonggukjang manufactured under the optimum condition for fermentation in the present invention contains more vitamin K2 compared to the existing fermented foods, thereby being useful as food for preventing and improving osteoporosis. |
