摘要 The present invention relates to a method for starch storage, hydrogen production, and ethanol production by culturing microalgae under autotrophic conditions through low carbon dioxide-mediated induction with sulfur deprivation, and more particularly, to a method for starch storage in Chlamydomonas through sulfur deprivation and a CO_2 concentrating mechanism (CCM) induced low concentration of CO_2 and for high hydrogen production and ethanol production at high yield by using the stored starch. The improvement in starch storage capacity of microalgae through the sulfur deprivation and the CCM can lead to increases in the production of hydrogen and ethanol, an improvement in green gas reduction capacity, and an increase in productivity of various metabolites through the use of the stored starch. Therefore, the present invention is useful in all industries.
