The invention relates to the field of metallurgy, in particular to a method for heat treatment of low-carbon weld metal. The method for heat treatment of low-carbon alloyed weld metal involves heating thereof in the intercritical temperature range - Ac+ (30-80 °C), holding thereof and air cooling. The invention provides increasing wear resistance of weld metal in the welded structures.
