A method of hyperfine abrasive machining by super finish grinding of external cylindrical surfaces of the parts of rotation of printing equipment of high-alloyed composite iron-based alloys includes fastening the workpiece in the machine tool with horizontal location of axis thereof. Fine-grained abrasive rectangular bars are placed in precision grooves of a superfinishing head that with a given force is pressed against the surface of treatment, which rotates around its axis at a normalized rate with simultaneous smooth longitudinal movements at a calculated rate along the axis of rotation of the part and together with longitudinal movements of a superfinishing head with abrasive bars the longitudinal inverse oscillations are obtained. As a cutting tool the abrasive bars are used of green silicon carbide of 3 μm grains on glyptal bond. |
