A terminal location recognizing system engaged with a virtual server receives signal information on signals individually transmitted from the virtual server to a plurality of base stations by a terminal by confirming the location of the terminal located on one base station among the base stations engaged with the virtual server. The terminal location recognizing system extracts pattern information on the signals from the signal information and confirms information on the location of the base station in which the terminal is located based on the extracted pattern information. After the strength of the signal is confirmed in the signal information, the location of the terminal is calculated based on the strength of the signal.
