The present invention is to provide a dough composition including glasswort, which comprises 200-240 parts by weight of wheat flour and 80-100 parts by weight of water to 100 parts by weight of glasswort juice. According to the present invention, an initial dough composition including glasswort juice and wheat flour as main ingredients is manufactured, and a final dough composition is manufactured by adding olive, milk, garlic and ginseng to the initial dough composition, so that noodles with an excellent mouth feeling are able to be prepared, abundant nutrients are able to be taken by various materials, and, therefore, various medicinal effects are expected. |
