The present invention relates to a raw food powder containing a herb tonic tea and a preparing method of the raw food powder. The raw food powder, according to the present invention, boosts energy by containing ingredients of the herb tonic tea, is good at relieving fatigue and has anti-inflammatory effects by replenishing blood, is functionally excellent in nutrition depending on formulation of the grain powder, and can provide the raw food powder with good taste and smell.
