PURPOSE: An oxygen manufacturing facility is provided to stably cool compressed air regardless of atmospheric temperatures. CONSTITUTION: An oxygen manufacturing facility includes an air compressor, a compressed air cooler, an air separator, and a cooling system(50). The air compressor supplies compressed air. The compressed air cooler cools the compressed air with chilled water. The air separator liquefies and separates the compressed air through the compressed air cooler. The cooling system cools the chilled water of the compressed air cooler. The cooling system heat-exchanges liquefied gas of extremely low temperature, which is separated from the compressed air in the air separator, and chilled water from the compressed air cooler. The liquefied gas includes one or more of oxygen, nitrogen, and argon. |
