The invention relates to a chimney’s heater having two arrays of hydro-ducts (1,2) composing with the water chambers (4,5) a unified auxiliary hot water-producing system to be connected to existing residential central heating networks. The small diameter of the hydro-ducts and the dense arrangement thereof along with the small volume of the water chambers ensure fast water heating and provide even greater water flow speed in the network in conformity to the second thermodynamics principle (Camor principle) defining that the heat per se advances from the more hot bodies to the cooler ones and never inversely.
