The lure has a fish hook (2) pricked in an eel fry (1) and made of elastic material. A swivel (4) is connected to the hook, and an eyelet (9) fixes the lure to the line. A clamp (7) is placed on a stem (5) between the swivel and the eyelet. The stem has eyelets at its ends, where one of the eyelets fixes the stem to a fishing line (11), and another eyelet ensures connection with the swivel. A spoon pallet (8) is freely mounted on the clamp. A sheath is provided between the hook and the eel fry to allow longitudinal adjustment of a position of the eel fry relative to the hook.
