PURPOSE: An environmentally friendly separation device for a waste artificial turf mat is provided to enable the reuse of a silica chip, a rubber chip, and a bubble paper without molding and to minimize energy consumption using a single motor to operate each part. CONSTITUTION: An environmentally friendly separation device (100) for a waste artificial turf mat comprises a pair of supply rollers (20), a single needle roller (30), a second separation roller (40), a separation unit, a cutting roller (60), a first separation roller (70), and a collection roller (80). The pair of supply rollers is vertically engaged with each other around a waste artificial turf mat (10) to supply the waste artificial turf mat. The single needle roller inverts the waste artificial turf mat supplied by the supply roller. The second separation roller is arranged in the front side of the needle roller to forcibly separate a rubber chip (13) and a silica chip (12). The separation unit is made of an inclined plate (50) to guide the falling rubber and silica chips to the bottom. The cutting roller is attached to the top surface of the inverted waste artificial turf mat and removes the knot of the artificial fur (15) of a foamed fiber (11) and a coating layer (14) by rotating. The first separation roller adheres to the bottom surface of the waste artificial turf mat and separates the artificial fur from the waste artificial turf mat using a frictional force by rotating in the reverse direction of the progressive direction of the waste artificial turf mat. The collection rollers are vertically engaged with each other around the foamed fiber to maintain the tension of the waste artificial turf mat and the foamed fibers collected. |
