The present invention relates to a wireless communication system and, more particularly, to a method and a device for transmitting control information. The wireless communication system can support carrier aggregation (CA). The method for transmitting control information to a base station by a terminal according to one aspect of the present invention comprises the steps of receiving at least either of a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) and a physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) from the base station through at least one serving cell included in the terminal; and transmitting, to the base station, control information for the PDCCH receipt or the PDSCH receipt instructed by the PDCCH, wherein the control information is transmitted using a primary cell of the at least one serving cell and at least one control information feedback timing of a first cell through a physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) of the primary cell, and wherein the at least one serving cell may use uplink and downlink configurations which are different from each other.
