摘要 PURPOSE: A magnetic nanoparticle is provided to enable adsorption or desorption of a desired material through the interaction with a specific material, and to deliver and release a specific material to a specific site. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing a magnetic nanoparticle comprises the steps of: mixing a phospholipid solution and a solution containing Fe^3+ to prepare a Fe^3+-impregnated liposome dispersion; reacting the liposome dispersion with a silica precursor, and preparing a silica-coated Fe^3+-impregnated liposome particle; and reducing the silica-coated Fe^3+-impregnated liposome particle under a hydrogen atmosphere. The phospholipid is lecithin. A method for manufacturing a targeted drug delivery system comprises the steps of: modifying the surface of the magnetic nanoaprticles and applying double bond; and binding a temperature-sensitive polymer onto the surface of the magnetic nanoparticles.
