PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a facility management device and a test method that is capable of temporarily switching a control command from control effective to control ineffective, and is capable of preventing the control command from being left ineffective in a case where it is temporarily switched to ineffective.SOLUTION: A facility management device 10 comprises control command creation means 11 that creates a control command to control operation of equipment 20 when an event occurs. When conducting a test simulating the event, control effective/ineffective switching means 12 switches the control command between effective or temporarily ineffective, and indicator display means 15 turns on an indicator to notify an operator of the control command that is temporarily switched to ineffective, thereby preventing it from being left ineffective after the test ends. |
