PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slide rail device for a vehicle which prevents a lock mechanism disposed between an upper rail and a lower rail from being unexpectedly lock released, when a cushion air bag expands.SOLUTION: A slide rail device for a vehicle includes: a cushion air bag 80 which is attached to a seat and expands when a front part of the vehicle collides with an object which is not the vehicle; and unlock direction rotation regulating means 62, 85 for regulating a lock operation lever to rotate to a lock releasing position side, when one part of an upper rail 30 transforms by pressure from the expanded cushion air bag, and presses lock operation levers 40, 60 (or 60) positioned in a lock permitted position. |
