PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for isolating hair follicle mesenchymal stem cells, and to provide a method for using the stem cells for treatment, prevention, and cosmetic surgery.SOLUTION: The method for isolating the hair follicle mesenchymal stem cells includes the following steps: (a) preparing vital hair, (b) dividing the hair prepared in step (a), (c) isolating the cup shape-like attached hair cup together with the dermal hair papilla, (d) separating the dermal hair papilla from the hair cup, (e) cultivating the hair cup obtained in step (d), and (f) pooling the confluent cells. Further, the present invention provides use of the hair follicle mesenchymal stem cells as means for treating, preventing, and perform cosmetic surgery. |
