Oil-water separation device and refining device

An oil-water separation device is provided with: a supply opening (3b) for water mixed with oil; a flow path for causing the water (X4, X7) mixed with oil, the water being supplied from the supply opening, to flow therethrough in such a manner that the flow component of the water in the horizontal direction is the main flow component; a risen-oil collection opening (F) provided at a halfway position which is separated from the upper part of the flow path and from the start point of the flow path, and a settled-oil collection opening (T) provided at the lower part of the flow path. Even if used for water which is mixed with oil having higher viscosity than conventional oil, the oil-water separation device can separate the oil and water from each other.
