PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new therapy for treatment of an infection caused by or resulted from a fungus (including a yeast).SOLUTION: The invention provides use of a peptide or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof in manufacture of a medicament for treatment or alleviation of an infection caused by or resulted from a fungus. The peptide has a sequence of 5-15 amino acids, where all the amino acids in the sequence is arginine and the sequence may have one or two amino acid substitutions. |
