The present invention relates to a multipurpose hand massager which improves health by setting up a vibration while projections pressure the acupoint of palm and back of a hand with proper pressure when user puts a hand or both hands into the massager, stimulates the circulation of bloods by heating the inner space of the massager with a heater and warming a cold hand and recovers the fatigue of a hand by drying the hand with the ventilation functions of a fan when a user with a sweaty hand puts the hand into the massager. The multipurpose hand massager comprises: a main body in which a space (112) is formed; a lower vibration plate (12) which is installed in the inner space of the main body (110), embeds a heater (124) and generates vibrations by a vibration moor (126); a lower protrusion plate (122) which is attached to be possibly replaced on the lower vibration plate (120) and includes multiple protrusions for stimulating the acupoint of palm; an upper press plate (130) which is arranged to be separated from the upper part of the lower vibration plate (12) and presses the back of a hand by descending according to the motion of an elevating motor (132) when a hand is inserted into the inner space (112) of the main body (110); and an upper protrusion plate (134) which is attached to be possibly replaced on the bottom of the upper press plate (130) and includes multiple protrusions for stimulating the acupoint of the back of a hand on the surface.
