PURPOSE: A valve device for the injection molding is provided to improve abrasion resistance and corrosion resistance of a nozzle in which is made of titanium or ceramics having high thermal conductivity and is equipped on a hot runner and to prevent defective injection-molded products from generating. CONSTITUTION: A valve device for the injection molding comprises a nozzle housing (210), a nozzle tip (220), a fixing ring (230), and an insulating disk (240). A resin path is extended to the nozzle tip and the fixing ring and the insulating disk are connected to the outer surface. The fixing ring includes an opening unit and a sensor fixing groove. The sensor fixing groove is formed along the inner circumference of the fixing ring in order that a control sensor is built to control a nozzle heater. The insulating disk is made of titanium materials. The insulating disk includes a connecting unit and an insulating groove. The connecting unit is in contact with a cavity plate to minimize the heat loss of the end of the nozzle tip. |
