PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method and device for a test piece of a structural concrete capable of bringing a temperature history of a test piece close to the same of a structure.SOLUTION: In a manufacturing method for a test piece of a structural concrete, temperature history adjustment concrete 2 with a composition equal to structural concrete is placed to a thickness of t2 in a container of a test piece manufacturing device 1. Then, test piece concrete 3 with the composition and thickness t1 equal to the structural concrete 2 is placed thereon through a partition steel plate 4 and a release sheet 5.
