PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processor and an X-ray diagnostic device capable of improving the visibility of an angiography image.SOLUTION: According to an embodiment, the X-ray diagnostic device includes a reference value calculation part, an Index image generation part, and a display image operation part. The reference value calculation part calculates a reference value for normalizing the flow of a contrast medium on the basis of a transition with time in signal strength of the contrast medium in a prescribed area about each of a plurality of X-ray image groups photographed with time by using the contrast medium. The Index image generation part normalizes the flow of the contrast medium in each pixel by the reference value calculated by the reference value calculation part about each of the plurality of X-ray image groups, and generates an image obtained by reflecting feature quantity in the normalized flow of the contrast medium on each pixel. the display image operation part displays the image generated by the Index image generation part on a prescribed display part. |
