The pendulum (1) has a pendulum mass (4) formed from two pendulum mass elements. A carrier element (11) is provided with three connecting elements (9). The pendulous mass elements are connected by using the connecting elements in the direction of axis of rotation (2). The connecting elements are connected to each other by using the carrier element in a normal plane in the direction of the axis of rotation. The carrier element and the connecting elements are made from metallic material. The carrier element comprises a circular arc-shape contour in the normal plane.
