The present invention suppresses the retransmission of UE assistance information. The mobile communication method of the present invention comprises: a step in which a mobile station (UE) transmits UE assistance information to a wireless base station (eNB), said UE assistance information serving to prompt the changing of a parameter for the mobile station (UE) used at the wireless base station (eNB); a step in which the wireless base station (eNB) notifies the mobile station (UE) of a transmission suppression period for UE assistance information; and a step in which the mobile station (UE) stops retransmission of the UE assistance information on the basis of the transmission suppression period.
