PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor controller and a motor control method, capable of inhibiting the influence of disturbance even when controlling a plurality of motors working together by giving different instructions.SOLUTION: A motor controller for controlling one of a plurality of motors working together, includes: a correction value calculation unit for calculating a first estimated thrust value, which is an estimated thrust value of the target motor, on the basis of a travel speed of a movable element of the target motor, and for calculating a second estimated thrust value, which is an estimated thrust value of the target motor on the basis of an electric current value flowing in the motor, to calculate a correction value for driving the motor according to the first and second estimated thrust values; and a control unit for controlling the target motor on the basis of an instruction value to be input from an upper controlling device and the correction value calculated by the correction value calculation unit. |
