The present invention relates to a vitamin C stability and absorption promoter composition comprising alloferon, and relates to a composition comprising alloferon for the absorption of vitamin C via various pathways such as the skin through increased SVCT-1/2 expression and stability of vitamin C. The composition according to the present invention promotes the absorption of vitamin C and helps stabilise vitamin C, and can be used as a base material for cosmetic compositions, food compositions and drug compositions.
